• Ability to articulate legal issues clearly and convincingly
• Experience with Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) or comparable systems is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
• Prior experience in corporate secretarial work is advantageous

Requirement:

• A Diploma or Degree in Accountancy/ACCA is required.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
