• Assist in bank forms preparation including fixed deposit placement and changes in signing arrangement.
• Handle gift vouchers issuance and reconciliation
• Keep proper accounts of payables and receivables including payments and collections
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and follow up on closing outstanding items.

• Handle annual audit requirements and provide corporate tax information to tax agent in line with statutory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum diploma/degree with 1 year of experience
• Handling small full sets of accounts will be an advantage
• Hands on experience in Netsuite is an advantage
• Competent in MS office

You are primarily responsible for finance functions related to Account Payables and Subvention accounting, as well as supporting various projects and systems implementations. You will work closely with our Finance Shared Services, IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of systems and adherence to financial processes.

Your role is pivotal in upholding the accuracy of financial reporting and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures, including invoice verification, expense analysis, subvention accounting and system interface verification. Additionally, you will support the Manager in financial reporting, account closure and reconciliation, as well as daily operational processes.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and in QuickBooks
• Produce financial account reconciliation limited to cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, investment, and equity

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective M&E maintenance strategies to ensure the seamless operation of services.
• Ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are consistently met.
