• Lead Production team to drive kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Plan and assign daily work schedule for technicians.
• Develop training plan for team members to meet production demands.
• Investigate and resolve production technical challenges.
• Provide equipment and production tools as needed to ensure that business continuity and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Support and work with NPD and RR to conduct manufacturing process trials and prove out.
• Maintain reliable and safe production activities while improving manufacturing efficiencies.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
• Monitor Production metric and develop continuous improvement plan through process improvement.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Min 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of LEAN Six Sigma.
• Leadership experience in managing technicians is preferred.
• Experience in assembly and testing processes is preferred.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
