Duties

• To perform day to day accounting and administration functions to ensure proper internal controls, compliance to local government/ company policies & requirements, implementing efficient finance and accounting procedures for the country. In addition, this role is required to provide accurate status reports to organization management.
• Performs daily accounting (AR, AP, cargo, payroll, reconciliation, budgeting) and administration (statutory reporting, treasury/cash forecasting, facility management) functions in country
• Coordinate/oversee processing of internal and external customer requests and inquires
• Monitor production performance to identify problem areas and adherence to schedules; takes corrective action where necessary to minimize losses or enhance profitability/efficiency

The Executive / Senior Executive, Marketing and Communication, will support the institution’s marketing efforts to enhance its brand image, drive program awareness and generate leads. This role focuses on managing social media, crafting impactful content, coordinating events, ensuring brand governance, and managing branded merchandise to boost visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Brand Management

• Act as the brand custodian, ensuring adherence to corporate brand guidelines and maintaining consistent brand governance across all platforms and materials
• Source and manage branded merchandise for students, visitors, partners etc. to enhance brand presence and engagement

Content Management and Marketing

• Coordinate with Marketing Manager to develop and implement annual marketing and content calendars, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
• Produce compelling content for website, social media, and other platforms, driving brand and program awareness and generating leads
• Day-to-day management of social media platforms, including crafting engaging posts, scheduling content, and responding promptly to inquiries
• Assist the Marketing Manager and work with the relevant teams to execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand positioning, improve visibility and attract prospective students
• Copywriting for marketing materials and communications

Events and Outreach

• Organise and coordinate in-house events such as workshops and talks
• Represent the organisation at external events, such as roadshows, to promote programs and engage prospective students

Reporting

• Conduct regular market research and monitor competitor’s activities and programs, and interpret, present and discuss this intelligence during schedule meetings

Requirements

Business Continuity Planning:

• Develop and update business continuity plans to address potential threats and risks to the organization's operations.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify critical business processes and establish recovery time objectives.
• Audit the process for regularly reviewing and updating the BCP to reflect changes in the business environment, technology, or staffing.

Risk Assessment:

• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and areas of improvement in business continuity strategies.

Emergency Response:

• Market the programme to SMEs, institutions of higher learning, students and external partners through telemarketing and events including career fairs, talks, field trips, etc.
• Handle inquiries on programme from external parties
• Evaluate applications based on the programme criteria
• Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates and facilitate matching between applicants and participating companies
• Follow-up and monitor the status of applicants, study award matches and grant funding through working closely with participating companies
• Provide day-to-day administrative support which includes collation of information, processing applications, maintenance of applicants’ database and records, generating reports, preparation of documents and filling, etc.
