Responsibilities:

Provide support in managing various subsystems within the Human Resources department, including Recruitment and Selection, Training, Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits.

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring all departmental activities, and participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems.
• Update and implement the compensation program annually, rewrite job descriptions as necessary, conduct salary surveys, analyze compensation, monitor the performance evaluation program, and revise as needed.

Responsibilities:

As a sales executive, it is key that you build long term relationships with customers. You are expected to familiarize yourself with the products so as to easily recommend based on the customer’s needs and preferences. You will also be required to perform cashiering duties and follow-up with customers on after sales services.
