KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support HR Manager in the day-to-day HR Operations duties and administration of all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and HR-related projects as needed.
• Duties including but not limited to:
• Attending employee requests and questions, in providing advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations.
• Assist with conducting New Hire Orientation and prepare onboarding, including the preparation of paperwork for staff recruitment, confirmation, promotion, re-designation, salary revision and termination
• Prepare and maintain employee database, including leave records and HRIS management
• Conducts and reconciles benefits enrolment for new employees.
• Liaise with the Finance department in payroll preparation and reconciliations.
• Support in offboarding

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimally Diploma in Human Resource, Business administration and or related fields
• Preferably with some admin experience
• Proficient in MS Office

• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all work
• IHRP Certification would be ideal

Responsibilities

• Formulate strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers and grow followers, brand interest and engagement through engaging content across different digital platforms.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and other new platforms)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook or Google etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
• Brainstorming new digital marketing platforms and ways to capture customer attention
• Compose online copywriting, proofreading and editing for various digital marketing content to ensure consistency in branding
• Design of online marketing collaterals such as graphic illustrations, photo and video production via Adobe Design Software or Canva.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Communications & Branding

· Coordinate submissions with the legal team and clients for award opportunities on legal directory submissions, maintaining deal database, providing recommendations on deal submissions, organising research interviews, monitor the ranking results and updating various marketing collaterals (e.g., Chambers, Legal 500, IFLR1000, Benchmark Litigation, Asialaw Profiles, Straits Times)

· Develop and maintain firm’s collaterals and website, including profiles of lawyers in the firm and practice groups

· Maintaining and enforcing our branding guide

· Liaising with external stakeholders on marketing and sponsorship opportunities

Social Media & Client Engagement

· Support existing content channels, such as “the Law and You” blog on our website, overseeing the coordination of authorship of new articles, improving SEO ranking of the articles, drafting of new articles, promoting the articles on social media

· Develop visual and written content and for the Firm's social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)

· Client engagement on social media, responding to messages and reviews, support content sharing efforts

· Write and produce the newsletter (1 to 2 times a year)

· Organising client engagement events (client appreciation dinner, knowledge sharing webinars/ talks)

· Manage corporate gift inventory and liaising with vendors to source and procure new merchandise, arranging of deliveries to clients

Media Relations

· Proactively identify opportunities in the media for the Firm to provide expert commentary, drafting interview preparation materials in support of firm’s profile-raising objectives.

· Build strong connections with reporters at media outlets, such as Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao/Wanbao, MoneyFM, business publications

JOB REQUIREMENTS
