Requirements:

• Proven experience in a factory production environment, with a focus on assembly operations.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of assembly operators.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes and product improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead by example, motivating team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
• Prior experience working with performance-based incentives is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
