Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, bubbly and enthusiastic Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting JETBAY’s marketing strategies, focusing on SEO, content development, paid advertising, and performance monitoring. Guidance will be provided, making this a great opportunity for individuals eager to learn and grow. As a perk, the role may also involve travelling overseas for shoots.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Website Management:
• Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings, drive organic traffic, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Collaborate with web developers to update and maintain the website, ensuring it reflects the latest marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Monitor SEO performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance visibility and ranking.
2. Content Creation & Copywriting:
• Develop engaging and high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials, to promote JETBAY’s brand and services.
• Assist the content team during photoshoots or video shoots, ensuring all visual content aligns with the brand’s standards and marketing objectives.
• Write compelling and persuasive copy for marketing campaigns, websites, and promotional materials.
3. Support for Paid Advertising:
• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms such as SEM, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Line, and WeChat.
• Provide input on ad copy, creative content, and targeting strategies to support paid campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and suggest optimisations to achieve the best ROI.
4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and social media initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure efficient use of resources to achieve the best results.
Secondary Roles:
5. Brand Management & Organic Social Media:
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of JETBAY’s brand identity across all communication channels.
• Assist in the creation and sharing of organic content on JETBAY’s social media platforms, such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Engage with social media audiences to promote brand activities and campaigns.
6. Partnerships & Collaboration:
• Help develop and nurture partnerships to expand JETBAY’s reach, including collaborations with influencers, brands, and industry stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams, including sales and product teams, to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
Key Requirements:
• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• No prior experience required, but a strong interest in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.
• Understanding of basic digital marketing principles, SEO, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for developing engaging marketing content.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for social media and promotional content.
• Bubbly and cheerful personality, with the ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to brand interactions.
• Team player with a collaborative approach to tasks and projects.
Desirable Skills:
• Basic knowledge of graphic design to assist with creating visual content for marketing campaigns.
