• Conduct detail market research to understand the preferences of target audience.
• Identify key competitors & analyse their strengths and weakness.
• Form partnership with popular modern food retailer chains (eg. supermarkets, convenient stores, grocery stores, BBQ wholesalers & gourmet food distributors, etc) to distribute our range of “Ready-to-Eat” frozen food.
• Partner with HORECA customers (hotels, food service restaurants, cafes, food kiosk chains) to provide B2B solutions and business co-operation for growth.
• Create exclusive product promotions and bundles during festive seasons to ramp up sales volume.
• Conduct regular product demonstrations & tastings at potential customers’ location.
• Co-develop new product offerings and pricing strategies with the management. Improve brand footprint in Singapore.
• Create social media profiles and post engaging content.
• Launch targeted social media ads and Google Adwords campaigns.

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and IT related devices. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues.

• Network and Security Assistance: Assist with basic network troubleshooting and basic security issues, such as network connection, virus removal and adhere to organizational IT security policies.
• System Updates and Maintenance: Perform regular updates, backups, and maintenance on IT systems to keep them running efficiently.
• Additional Ad Hoc Assignments: Take on other ad hoc assignments as assigned, including tasks such as inventory tracking, assisting in the onboarding process, and preparing reports on common support issues.

For Clients

· Manage full sets of accounts for clients

· Provide professional client service, ensuring timely reporting

· Maintain and update client database

· Prepare full sets of accounts for several entities (Client)

For Internal office

· Prepare reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports

· Handle bookkeeping and management accounts

· Prepare payments via internet banking

· Verification of supplier invoices and issue payments

· Issue sales invoices and follow up on customer payments

· Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory filings

· Handling other administrative tasks such as procurement of office supplies, handling courier, postage and banking duties etc

· Good working knowledge of accounting standards and GST regulations;
