Position Summary
The production Supervisor supervises workers in a beverage manufacturing/production environment. They plan & assign work, implement policies & procedures & recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures & working conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities
~ Understand & be able to operate all equipment & troubleshooting
~Ability to understand the production schedule & ensure the schedule is
followed.
~Responsible for ensuring the inventory management system is being
utilized correctly & accurately.
~Ensuring effective worker relations; providing worker coaching &
development; resolving worker issues through problem resolution.
~Balancing quality, productivity, cost, safety & morale to achieve positive
results in all areas; working to continuously improve in all areas.
~Managing departmental performance measures, including visual controls
& providing regular progress reports.
~Monitor systematic key performance indicators & help with continuous
improvement on said findings.
~Record daily numbers & send updated report throughout the end of day
~Responsible for implementing all company policies including GMP, PPE &
Safety.
~Responsible for ensuring all workers are adhering to safety guidelines.
~Training all workers & Tracking absenteeism.
~Discipline & coach according to company policies & document &
Performing all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
~High school diploma or GED equivalent required
~Three years working in a manufacturing/production environment
required.
~Experience in machine operations in a production environment required
~Strong interpersonal & communication skills with strong team-production
skills

~Pay- $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
