The incumbent will be responsible for managing the continuous safe and reliable production operations of the terminal, including the berthing and unloading/reloading of ships and running the plant to reliably deliver gas to the downstream pipelines to meet the nominations of our customers.

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Lead Supervisors and Technicians in the Production Team to safely and reliably operate the terminal facilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years’ experience in similar roles at liquefaction facility or 15 years’ experience in complex hydrocarbon processing or oil refinery, preferably with exposure to cryogenic processes (e.g. ethylene, LPG, ammonia, air separation).
• Subject matter expert in the operation and good understanding of the maintenance of equipment such as cryogenic heat exchangers, refrigerated storage tanks, cryogenic pumps, large reciprocating gas compressors, reciprocating engine driven generators & gas turbine drivers, electrical switchgear up to 66kV, process control systems, field instrumentation, fire & gas systems, shutdown systems, security systems, gas metering and gas chromatographs.

• Monitor the lead time of producing the finished product.
• Update and check inventory physical stock and arrange production of finished goods to meet the sales order.
• Ensure production schedule meet the delivery date.
• Liaise with suppliers for powder coating.
• Troubleshoot discrepancies and quality issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in aluminium working sector and manufacturing.
• Able to lead team members on production and installation.
• Have experience in working machineries.
• Able to read technical and installation drawings.
• Ensure products and install quality.
• Planning of production schedules and allocate sufficient Manpower.
• Implementation production processes and maximize efficiency and reduce production waste.
• Implementing continuous process improvements.
• Preparing material and equipment lists, PO, cost analyses and estimated cost.
• Provide training staff for new production teams.
• Working hours &days : 6 days work week, off on Sunday,8:30am to 5:30pm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist to execute daily production control activities, such as Production Scheduling, Line Balancing and manpower planning.
• Assist to execute daily quality control activities, such as Adherence to all SOP requirements as per respective regulatory guidelines GMP, Halal, GDP Medical Device & Therapeutic products.
• To ensure documentation and records are proper and complete.
• To ensure housekeeping & cleaning of the production equipment’s and facilities are completed.
• To carry out production activities as per production operators and hand packers.
• To execute maintenance activities.
• Any other duties assigned by superior / management.

Key Performance Indicators: -

• Ensure daily production targets are carried out and timely and accurately
• Ensuring all documents and records are accurate and complete.
• Ensure production equipment’s and facilities are carried out daily.

Job Requirements

1. Technical Skills:

· Passion for mechanical automation technology.

· Strong technical inclination, including understanding system design and working principles.

· Hands-on approach – willing to engage in practical work, not just desk-based tasks.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a related engineering field.

· Preferably possesses knowledge in CAD, PLC, Machine Vision, and Robotics.
