• Compile and submit the annual governance checklist to the relevant authorities.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics)

• Experience in Test HW Development (Loadboard and Probecard)
• Good knowledge on manufacturing process (fab, packaging, test)
• Hands-on development experience is a must with Teradyne J750 ATE testers, IG-XL test programming
• Hands-on development experience with Chroma and other main stream testers.
• Project management skills and experience in people management.
• Preferred: Knowledge in AEC Q100 automotive qualification guidelines, experience in the automotive test flow, AEC Q100 data analysis, wafer and FT lot process.

As a Production Engineer, you are to assist the Production Manager in overseeing the production operation and work out schedules and plans, monitor progress, forecast demand of resources, and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring smooth project delivery and optimization of production performance from conception to completion. Responsibilities

1. Plan, manage and coordinate projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget and of highest quality.

• Key member in Accounts Receivables department.
