• Lead the periodic financial performance reviews & budget variance analysis providing an overview of performance to the Management team and regional leadership teams.
• Actively contribute to commercial decision-making process, including target setting and resource allocation/trade-offs

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with the J&J WW financial, HCBI, Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization

People Management

• Actively champion and ensure collaboration between all Finance pillars
• Demonstrate curiosity, ability to develop a perspective on business, influence outcomes and an agile learning attitude (test, learn and adapt)

Other Finance Strategic initiatives

• Deliver Global Finance agenda including supporting SIGNIFI program.

Qualifications:

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance with minimum 8 years of experience in business partnering Finance roles.
• MBA / Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) will be a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills.
• Pharm industry knowledge is a plus
• Performance driven approach, results orientated and a track record of financial and analytical skills.
• Trusted business partner with excellent communication, influencing and framing skills are required.
• Must demonstrate and embody agile leadership, a team-player mentality and collaborative working style
• Committed to uphold the highest standards of compliance
