Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development, site safety (together with safety manager) and security.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers etc
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update the project to meet targets.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction (preferably gas piping) industry
• M & E Experience
• Independent, strong analytical and possess good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with relevant vendors’ staff and senior management team
• Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in accordance to the Service Level Agreement
• Prepare and distribute reports on online education market
• Analyse and forecast sales and business activities on a regularly basis
• Present Company online education product demonstrations to qualified prospects
• Provide training service of Company online learning system to clients in different industries including education, enterprise training, etc.
• Perform any other project or duties as assigned
• Understand the technical details of the elearning platform and be the liaison between technical and non-technical teams

Requirements

• Possess at least a tertiary qualification in information technology, computer science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution
• Have at least 5 years of related working experience in the networking or unified communication solutions industry
• Have effective communication skills both orally and written
• Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all level of staff
• Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
• Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
• Possess go-better attitude and enjoy working in a elearning and IT industry
