ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll not only lead the charge in optimizing performance marketing channels but also play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional client experience. From maximizing account performance and budget utilization to crafting growth strategies that leave a mark, you’ll lead the charge in developing, maintaining, and optimizing performance marketing channels.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGÂ
Management and Growth (30%)
- Monitor performance dashboards and proactively manage performance, budget pacing, and campaign opportunities for all accounts.
- Measure and report channel and campaign performance against goals to stakeholders.
- Develop media plans and performance marketing strategies, providing tactical recommendations and optimizations.
- Execute campaigns hands-on when necessary and maintain knowledge of company services and digital marketing solutions for effective client communication.
Client Servicing (30%)
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to align client and company goals.
- Conduct Discovery Workshops quarterly, maintaining a thorough understanding of clients’ businesses and advertising objectives.
- Manage all client communications, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with deliverables.
- Facilitate two-way communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring proper representation and alignment of expectations.
Project Management (20%)
- Lead and brief marketing and creative projects, communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and ensure quality of deliverables, manage team workload and priorities, and prevent over-servicing.
- Supervise and apply quality control on tasks while staying updated on promotional campaigns and execution.
Team Management and Development (20%)
- Provide guidance and motivation to enhance team performance.
- Coordinate and request training to address team capacity, capabilities, and skill gaps.
- Flag issues to management and contribute to resolving team challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL BRINGÂ
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- At least 3 years of experience in client servicing and team lead capacity working in a Digital Marketing Agency
- At least 1 year of managing multiple marketing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- Skilled proficiency in directly managing and strategizing for Google Ads and Facebook Ads as a minimum
Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Proficiency in the following is an advantage: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Workspace Suite
- Proven experience with Project Management software (bonus points if you’re a ClickUp pro!)
- Exceptional written, spoken, and presentation skills that bring clarity and excitement to your ideas
