Job Description

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s commercial portfolio.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing.
• Sound understanding of the real estate and industrial leasing industry with an extensive network of contacts.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.

This is a role in the in-house client-dedicated Team in Keywords Singapore.  The Lead LPM role will support the client’s Localisation team and will work closely with the client’s tools, processes and personnel.

In this role, the Lead LPM will need to master file delivery management to support the client’s localisation and LQA requests.

The Lead LPM will manage the hand off and delivery of multiple localisation projects of different sizes, simultaneously within the timeframe agreed with the client.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship:

• Work closely with the client’s localisation team on project specifications.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with the client’s localisation team.

Communication:

• Manage all communication channels on assigned projects.
• Ensure communication is clear and concise on project requirements to other Keywords offices and the client’s language providers and development teams.

Project Management:

• Work with the client’s localisation tool to organise tasks and deliveries.
• Hand off files to the client’s language providers, including Keywords.
• Monitor status and track delivery of projects.
• Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects and escalate risks as necessary.
• Propose improvements to process where applicable.

Teamwork:

• Work as part of in-house client-dedicated teams in Keywords.
• Build good working relationships with all client-dedicated team members in Keywords.
• Build working relationships and daily cooperation with the Keywords LPMs and Keywords Leads for Localisation and LQA.
• Build good working relationships with other Keywords offices, language providers and developers, working on the client’s localisation.
• Support the other LPMs and assist the Keywords Team Leads in daily operation.

Reporting:

• Conduct project presentations and compile daily, weekly and monthly and ad hoc reports as appropriate.
• Escalate any material issues that arise on a project to the LPMs and Team Manager and agree how to manage and communicate these with the client.
• Participate in regular internal and client meetings.
• Participate in business reviews with both internal and external stake holders.

Personal development:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Games Localisation or LQA

Primary Function of Position:

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Portfolio Marketing, Asia is responsible for leading regional marketing strategy development and execution for our Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio in five markets (Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, and India). Core job responsibilities include leading go-to-market planning, market research, insights generation, and marketing execution in close collaboration with Corporate, Regional, and Market teams to drive Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio readiness, launch, adoption, utilization, and customer satisfaction. As a key Asia leader for our Digital Product Portfolio, this individual will be responsible for understanding the needs of our customers and working closely with cross-functional teams to build and execute growth strategies and plans that meet the unique needs and requirements across the region.   

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support creating and aligning Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio and marketing visions with sales and marketing stakeholders to launch Digital Products and accelerate their adoption.
• Collaborate with Asia Regional Clinical, Hospital, and Platform portfolio teams to ensure coherent and integrated visions and marketing strategies and tactics for Asia.
• Collaborate with Corporate, Regional, and Market partners to build localized product launch strategies and plans for the Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio in Asia.
• Ensure consistent planning process regionally with authentic product positioning, value messaging, and local commercial execution. Conduct post-launch analysis with Market teams to track execution effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
• Identify, establish, and promote best practices to improve sales and marketing competencies for the Digital Product Portfolio across the Region.
• Identify gaps in marketing toolkits for the Asia region and drive development or customization of new Digital Product Portfolio collateral and tools where necessary.
• Collect feedback from tradeshows, market research, customer interviews, focus groups, and KOL case observations related to the Digital Product Portfolio. Generate regionally specific insights for existing (post-market) and upcoming (pre-market) Digital products in the pipeline.
• Develop in-Market or in-Region business justification for the launch of new Digital products.
• Develop productive relationships with Regional KOLs and leverage them in their respective Markets and internationally to showcase our Intraoperative Digital Product Portfolio.
• Support Global Product Management to help address product quality issues and help manage EOL plans as they arise.
