• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Implement and maintain sampling protocols for quality checks.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and findings.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols.

Problem Solving:

• Identify root causes of quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Recommend improvements to production processes to prevent recurring defects.
• Collaborate with production team for product and process optimizations.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
• Conduct regular audits to verify adherence to quality management systems.
• Support certification and compliance initiatives (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA).

Communication and Training:

• Communicate quality standards and expectations to production staff.
• Serve as a point of contact for quality-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Inventory & Material Management:

• Track inventory of all equipment, calibration records, consumables, and materials used in the production process and report shortages

Experience

• Preferably 2+ years of experience in a quality control or production environment.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and tools.

Skills

• Proficiency in quality testing equipment and methodologies.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards. (For e.g ISO standards)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
