Position Title: Production and Packing Workers

Work Location: Tuas

Working Hours : Shift 1 (7am-3pm), Shift 2 (3pm-11pm), and Shift 3 (11pm-7am). Shifts rotate every 1-2 weeks.

Basic Work Hours = 44 hours per week.

Basic Salary: $1200/Month to $1400/Month.

Overtime Pay = 1.5x Rate of basic salary.

Job Description:

- Carrying, unpacking and pouring of ingredients into machines.

- Packing of various construction materials such as cement powder, liquid paint and others.

- Simple operating of machines.

- ⁠Carry out daily production duties as per assigned by supervisor/manager.

- ⁠Conduct regular housekeeping and area cleaning of the work spaces and equipments.

- Other miscellaneous tasks as per assigned by supervisor/manager.

(- Having Operate Forklift cert/card will be an advantage.)

Role:
As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer, you will be required to develop solutions for SPI, factory line and their associated modules and configurable options. You will also be responsible for solving complex engineering problems using new or existing technologies, and through innovation, creativity, and technical analysis with a strong focus on quality.

Requirements:

• Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in analysis of software design and implementation for hardware systems

• Experience in Source Control Systems, Visual Studio and Software Development Lifecycle
• Proficient in C++ programming language, UML and appropriate usage of design patterns

• Experience in WPF, GIT, hardware and real time control systems will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Lead technological solutions to maintain and extend an advantage in a competitive market
• Handle complex software design tasks to predetermined schedules with a strong focus on quality
• Maintain focus on quality when challenged with urgent customer requests/bugs
• Maintain a balance between functional design and time to market, ensuring maintainability and scalability
• Responsible for the selection and implementation of design concepts to translate to productionised products
• Provide evidence of appropriate solution for customers via technical reviews
• Undertake continual professional development including both personal and technical competencies
