Responsibilities

• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
• Track competencies of subordinates & provide leadership & development
• Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements.
• Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
• Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
• Study production and machine requirements
• Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
• Coordinate set up & implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
• Ensure Assess manufacturing operations staffing & skill requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics / Mechanical / Engineering or any other equivalent discipline
• Min 5 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Comfortable with 12 hours Rotating Shift duties (4-3-3-4)
• East Singapore (Transport provided)

Responsibilities

• Manage manufacturing operations, to ensure quality, production reliability, equipment maintenance and cost performance to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule, execute, and drive production activities and throughput according to production and delivery plan.
• Support development of new products in terms of qualification, building BOM, and drafting handling procedures, to transfer of process.
• Analyze and investigate customer complaint, to propose and lead implementation of improvement actions.
• Facilitate production team to propose and implement projects & programs aiming to improve productivity/efficiency in the areas of automation, digitalization, and AI.
• To build, train and lead a strong production team, lead to plan, execute Annual Training Plan for the manufacturing team.
• Propose and draw plans to support company and departmental KPIs, review KPIs result regularly with team and propose improvement actions whereby needed.
• Take lead in the continuous cost improvement/reduction programs through critical review of Production process. Seek yield improvement and output enhancement.
• Establish failure analysis methods & techniques. Analyze data and carries out manufacturability studies; suggest technical solutions/applications/latest manufacturing techniques.
• Responsible for the training, implementation and maintenance of Best Practices and Certifications/Standards.
• Participate and support any company’s business development/expansion strategies & policies implementation that relates to production and maintenance areas.
• Support site in obtaining and maintaining ISO14001, ISO9001, CQM and Common Criteria certifications.
• Comply with all Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety and Security policies and procedures of the Company.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical & Electronic/ Mechatronics Engineering.
• 6 to 8 years’ experience as a Production Manager or Assistant Production Manager.
• Experienced in the IC chip module mass production/semiconductor OSAT/backend semiconductor manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of die-attach, wire-bonding, encapsulation, chip module testing process and equipment.
• Have managed a team of 100 - 150 people in a mass production environment.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QEMS, and RBA is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and delegation skills with practical and analytical approach to problem solving.

• Design and develop ATE (Automated Test Equipment) programs for new products, covering both production and characterization testing.
• Engage in hands-on testing debugging, conduct RMA analysis, and enhance testing solutions for both hardware and software.
• Develop a test plan for the product, including scheduling, resource needs, and overseeing project tracking and execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in ATE test program development.
• Proficient in C++/ VB, ATE testers and Chroma.
