As a Manufacturing Production Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of your shift to achieve the planned output and cycle time. You are required to establish clear action items, jointly evaluate the priorities of the action items and ensure successful timely completion with relevant Engineering and supporting departments. You will be responsible for maintain good health and safety at workplace, manage the staffing, training, personnel development and improve engagement with the Production team members.
