What the day will look like

• Develop and grow new sales in the Large Commercial/Corporate segments to achieve personal and team revenue targets.

• Manage responses to tenders and develop quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant bid management in-country and regional expertise.
• Facilitate cross-selling activities and Aon United initiatives as directed by the supervisor.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Minimum regulatory requirements (BCP, PGI, CommGI, HI, M5, M9) for registration as Broking and FA rep with MAS.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a consultant or account manager in the Health & Benefits Industry, working with multinational clients across sectors.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB SUMMARY

• The Director ESGR & NZ Client Risk Management, CIB will be responsible for the following:

Leading on review and challenge of Reputational Risk and E&S matters and to ensure financial services (including advisory services) are carried out in compliance with the Bank’s referenced environmental and social standards (including the Equator Principles) and this is captured accurately as part of the bank’s ESGR risk assessments. This will require but is not limited to:

• Review and Challenge of Financial and Non-Financial ESGR assessments forms completed by the frontline (including RRMA, ESRAs and CRAs).

• Oversight and Challenge on first line activities

• Focus on execution while being accountable and innovative in finding ways to be part of the solution even when identifying problems.
• Support continuous training initiatives for both the 1st line and 2nd line to ensure ESGR risk embedding into BAU credit risk management, working closely with Group COO and Credit Policy teams.

Business

• While being focussed on the ESGR financial and non-financial risks for CIB Clients, keep a risk aware client focussed hat with regards to the level of risk and consider how the risk assessments contribute to helping the clients build a more resilient business model while being aligned with the Groups NZ committments.
• Broad awareness and understanding of the bank’s business model and risk profile.
• Embed enhanced due diligence criteria across various ESG and Sustainability Risk criteria into first-line processes and ensure first-line are kept up-to-date with evolving risk and regulatory landscape.
• Support development of portfolio management strategies and approaches for ESG and Reputational risks specifically with regards to embedding into within Credit Underwriting Principles, Risk Appetite and portfolio reviews across key sectors.
• Communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, taking a lead in working groups and other committee meetings such as the Climate Risk Management Committee, Group Responsibility and Reputational Risk Committee.

Processes

• Work within the existing CIB ESGR Financial and Non-Financial risk processes as well as understanding of the existing ESG Navigator systems, workflows and underlying processes. Support the design, implementation and education of staff on policies and procedures in collaboration with Risk, Legal and relevant business teams; Represent ESRM on Committees and Forums as required.
• Evaluate relevant existing controls and contribute to designing new controls as required.
• Contribute to Group-wide RCSA reviews with respect to ESGR risk, particularly for CIB credit risk.
• Evaluate relevant existing controls and contribute to designing new controls as required in line with the CIB climate risk standard.

• Develop and guide junior and new members including Hub resources in the team as they gain experience over time.

Risk Management

• Second-line review and challenge for adequacy and accuracy of the first-line’s assessment of ESGR financial and non-financial risks for clients as assigned.
• Oversee all ESGR Risk assessments and monitoring for CIB portfolios. Undertake analysis of clients subjected to ESGR Risks and provide insights to enable enhanced portfolio management.
• Provide inputs to the Group’s strategic risk appetite metric calculation for relevant ESGR risks, where applicable. Work closely with data strategy, third party vendors where relevant.

Governance

• Contribute to overall governance mechanisms (including committee oversight and individual approval authorities) for ESG and Reputational Risk management.
• Provide support across Climate Risk Management Committee and Group Responsibility and Reputational Risk Committee, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of regulatory and business conduct and compliance practices as defined by internal and external requirements.
• Embed the Group’s values and code of conduct in Group ESGR Risk.
• Ensure that material risk exposures and related issues are reported to the responsible risk governance committees including the CIBRC, WRBRC, CIBNFRC GRC and BRC.

Role

JOB SUMMARY

• The Group’s Fit For Growth (FFG) Programme commenced in Q1 2024, with the aim of simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes, to provide a platform for Business growth and to ‘make it easier to get things done’. The Programme has $1.5bn of investment funding for distribution to generate $1.5bn of annualised saves.
• As part of the Programme, a central team, the FFG Programme Office, has been established to help structure, co-ordinate, prioritise, support, and monitor the initiatives that will be selected to deliver the efficiencies and growth opportunities. The team will also help to manage the governance, communications and reporting of the broader Programme.
• This role has diverse responsibilities including: reviewing and challenging investment cases for funding approval; getting into the detail of each portfolio of initiatives; being close to stakeholders to support execution certainty; monitoring and analysing the overall portfolio and acting as an advisor as the programme progresses.
• The ideal candidate will be very curious, bright, enjoy ambiguity and working in a start-up style environment, hands-on, analytical with good story-telling presentation skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy

• Articulating the high-level FFG opportunity for the Bank, and the breaking-down that by Business and Function (i.e. Portfolio), in order to provide clarity and transparency on the objectives of the Programme.
• Understanding the overall FFG Programme structure, covering all Portfolios, whether Business, Functional or pan-Bank, their teams, programmes, and initiatives.

• Working closely with the Portfolio Leads their delegates and teams for a range of workstreams (e.g. WRB, Procurement, Tech, CIB) to ensure that objectives are clear, and delivery is tracked and reviewed on a regular basis.
• Understanding key Business and Functional opportunities for simplifying, standardising, and digitising the Bank’s processes and overall capability
• Understanding in detail one or more of the portfolios, thereby assisting with the identification and monitoring of efficiency and optimisation initiatives.

• Supporting the management of the FFG funding clearing house process, ensuring the right opportunities in are reviewed, challenged, and prioritised to receive investment spend.
• Understanding in detail the approaches, processes, and methodologies to identify efficiency saving opportunities.
• Understanding the processes and tools for tracking business cases through-out the lifecycle of a Programme to value delivery and realisation.

• Understanding the main risks facing the Group and the potential impact that the Programme could have on the ability of the Bank to manage those risks.

• Understanding the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
• Understanding the Change Delivery Standards and Guidance, ensuring approved initiatives are managed in line with the Bank’s various governance policies and procedures.
• Supporting the FFG Programme’s governance agenda, including assisting with producing materials such as meeting decks and minutes.
• Assisting the Portfolio Lead, delegates, and their teams with broader Programme governance-related queries.

The Ultrasound Associate Course by Parkway Radiology is now open for application for the February 2025 intake.

This course is developed for individuals who wish to pursue the fulfilling profession of diagnostic sonography in Parkway Group. This 18-week program is designed to develop clinical competencies required for clinical ultrasound practice. You will progress through a structured curriculum which provides the education in the theory, sonographic scanning techniques, image interpretational skills, clinical application and standard protocols related to ultrasound studies of the abdomen, breast, thyroid, male and female reproductive organs and bladder.

Job responsibilites:

• Provide screening ultrasound imaging services to patients according to set protocols and standards
• Proper documentation of request forms, proper documentation of findings in worksheets
• Provide quality customer service to patients in accordance with service cycle
• To ensure familiarization of use and correct handling of ultrasound equipment to avoid incorrect equipment usage
• To conduct necessary quality assurance tests before equipment is used on patients
• Other assignments as and when required
