Under the direction and guidance of the Senior Director Investments, Data Centres, take ownership and responsibility to:

§ Lead fund management for various fund mandates under ESR’s data centre platform

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

Strategic Leadership

• Lead IAB SEA+India strategic Councils creating essential industry resources
• Design data-driven processes to identify and recruit high value council members
• Create compelling council participation benefits and retention strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders from Councils, industry council leadership board and other IAB chapters
• Develop and track Value and Performance Indicators for Councils and Council Members

Planning and Resource Development

• Develop annual and quarterly council roadmaps with clear deliverables
• Execute council roadmaps and deliver council resources on-time and on-budget
• Oversee the creation of industry resources:
  • Frameworks, guidelines and standards
  • Whitepapers and research reports
  • Educational materials and certification programs
• Ensure quality control through benchmarking, stakeholder feedback and improvement processes
• Transform council outputs into accessible summary formats:
  • Executive summaries and implementation guides
  • Social media content and presentation materials
• Track and report on progress to CEO and Industry Council Leadership Board

Operations & Financial Management

• Facilitate monthly council meetings (April-October) including agenda management and prereading materials and meeting notes.
• Manage Council P&L:
  • Drive revenue through council seat fees and sponsorship opportunities
  • Oversee budget for initiatives and resource production
• Provide bi-monthly progress updates

Member Engagement

Maintain Council member engagement through

• Regular 1:1 checkins with council chairs
• Early intervention for low participation
• Recognition of strong Council member contributions
• Cross-council collaboration opportunities

Job Description:

· Strategic Planning: Develop IT strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

· Operational Support: Ensure continuous support for all operational and business applications.

· Policy Implementation: Create, enhance, and implement IT and OT policies, procedures, and processes based on industry best practices.

· Disaster Recovery: Develop and operationalize the IT and OT Disaster Recovery Plan and Incident Response Plan within the Business Continuity Plan.

· Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect the company from potential threats and attacks.

· Remote Work Systems: Establish systems to facilitate an efficient remote work environment across the company.

· Team Development: Develop IT human resources, set performance targets, and conduct appraisals to enhance skills and performance.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, the board of directors, authorities, and vendors.

· Technological Advancement: Stay updated on technological trends and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT and OT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

· Cost Monitoring: Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements:

· At least 5-7 years of experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.

· Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Project management certifications (PMI, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.

· Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and motivating staff.

· Solid experience managing software development projects, including time, budget, and resource management.

· Strong understanding of modern software technologies and development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.

· Ability to think strategically and analyze market trends, identifying new business opportunities and product improvements.
