Position Statement

The Director of Sales develop sales strategies and ensure timely activation to support achievement of sales targets in managed segments of corporate and government accounts including groups to contribute to the overall commercial success of the hotel. You will work closely with the Commercial Director and Revenue Management Consolidated Centre team to ensure accurate selling and pricing strategies, maximise yield and ensure compliance to company's brand and commercial services requirements. What will I be doing?

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead the Sales team in achievement of hotel's key performance indicators that include but not limited to hotel's revenue contribution, profitability, guest satisfaction, team members' satisfaction and loyalty contribution.
• Set individual sales targets for team and monitor for progress.

• Organise familiarization trips, site inspections, hotel presentations and participate in tradeshows and showcases (local and overseas).

• Prosecute two novel vaccine development projects within 4 years, from preclinical to first in human milestones against emerging or existing viral pathogen
