JOB SUMMARY

• The Business Change Lead is a pan Transaction Banking role, the TB Change and Enablement team look after the TB (Transaction Banking) business change portfolio end-to-end, ensuring successful delivery of benefits to the business and alignment with the overall strategy. The role holder will be accountable for business change and transformation of the business and core business enablement initiatives. The successful candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration to ensure TB operated at its highest potential.
• Support the Business Change & Enablement team, TB in successful delivery of key TB business strategy initiatives and associated processes designs and improvements to meet business growth aspirations and risk reduction, whilst strengthening ways of working, execution, deliver outcomes, and ensure best in class capabilities are embedded into BAU.
• Responsible for planning, implementing, managing initiatives aimed at optimising, monetising and driving strategic growth. You will support a comprehensive programme roadmap, own the end-to-end delivery, and cover all aspects of business change requirements, risk management and progress monitoring.
• The role holder will bring a strategic mindset with hands-on delivery and oversight over the outcomes and must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and building strong stakeholder relationships and communication channels across TB. Collaborating closely with Senior Executives, Business Heads and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the programme and alignment with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy and Execution

• Support defining the TB business change planning, rollout, and delivery of the business change and enablement agenda across TB in consultation with the TB MT and TB COO.
• Execute a business-aligned enablement change plan (including KPIs to ensure the initiatives are embedded and adopted).
• Drive excellence in business enablement, through identifying and delivering business success requirements. Monitor and report on the realisation of benefits from the enablement initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives.
• Ensure good programme governance through programme / project disciplines, oversight committees and correct documentation of programme plans, approaches and documentation (as outlined in the Bank’s Programme Governance Policy and Project Management Standards).
• Produce clear documentation such as plans, briefings, timelines, processes, stakeholder comms, or meeting notes.
• Set a consistent methodology for measuring baselines and tracking/reporting benefits, tracking of transformation programmes at key milestone level (investments, costs and benefits)
• Manage relationships with MT level business and functional stakeholders on related projects, collaborating closely with them and their teams.
• Develop effective communication strategies to coordinate between various teams while keeping cross-functional stakeholders and leaders informed on progress, challenges, and risks, and providing reporting when needed.

Risk Management & Governance

• Ensuring risks are appropriately managed with the Risk Appetite, overseeing mitigation and resolution of risks and issues which may impair delivery, escalating unresolved risks/issues
• Identify, escalate and resolve issues that have the potential to hinder or delay the implementation TB initiatives
• Resolve any issues or conflicts arising within the book of work. Work with other key project teams in TB or the Group to ensure inter-dependencies are appropriately considered and managed.
• Manage audits and assurance reviews, both internal and external.

Enterprise Agility & Business Efficiency

• Support the delivery of large-scale business enablement and change agenda, ensuring execution across the highest value items.
• Focus on streamlining and improving business efficiency (not limited to people, process and technology) and touchpoints to support TB revenue production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions that address these needs.
• Embed a mindset across TB to measure success in simplifying processes and activities.

The Regional Finance Director for our business will be the key person responsible for the financial management of our regional business.

Role Purpose

The role is responsible for delivering the compliance and health & safety scope within JLL’s overall scope of service to our Client for a portfolio of corporate real estate and colocation data centres.

Sales Strategy Support and Assistance:

• Collaborate with the Director of Catering Sales to create and implement strategic sales plans aimed at meeting or surpassing the annual catering budget and increasing market share.

Team Support and Leadership:

• Support the Director in guiding and mentoring the catering sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

• Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Support the training of junior sales staff to ensure they acquire the skills necessary for optimal performance.

Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and sustain robust relationships with a diverse client base, including corporate entities, government agencies, travel agencies, airlines, and event organizers.
• Anticipate and address client needs by tailoring catering solutions to their specific requirements.
• Assist in managing client communications, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Management:

• Support the team in reviewing proposals and contracts, negotiating terms, and closing deals when necessary.
• Engage in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and build business relationships.
• Help manage function spaces, meeting rooms, and ballrooms to maximize revenue and optimize booking strategies.
• Contribute to upselling and cross-selling efforts, targeting new customers, and expanding existing accounts.
• Oversee the sales of various group business aspects, including hotel function and banqueting rooms, corporate events, weddings, and social celebrations.
• Build long-term client relationships through consistent sales services, follow-ups, and rapport-building.
• Secure new and repeat business by liaising with airlines, travel agencies, vendors, government bodies, and professional associations in local, domestic, and international markets.
• Actively prospect and manage inquiries, maintaining a full pipeline and exceeding catering revenue targets.
• Manage communications within the hotel and with clients, ensuring prompt follow-up and effective handling of inquiries.
• Monitor event production and adjust activities as needed to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef to create new catering menus and concepts to maintain a competitive edge.

Event Coordination and Execution:

• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Order (BEO), ensuring all details are documented and agreed upon by all parties.
• Manage event deposits, payments, and billing, ensuring timely collection of all revenue.
• Attend or lead Banquet Event Order meetings, pre-con meetings, and other relevant meetings to ensure all departments are informed about event details and last-minute changes.
• Work with internal departments to ensure seamless event execution and fulfilment of guest requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional service and meticulous attention to detail in event delivery.
• Oversee the planning and logistics of large-scale events, including off-site events, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Follow up on post-events to address issues, gather feedback, and encourage repeat business.
• Continuously refine processes based on feedback, monitor catering sales performance, and drive innovation and necessary changes.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on sales performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics.
• Provide regular updates to the Director of Catering Sales, recommending improvements based on data analysis.
• Understand competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and pricing strategies, and implement approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
• Stay informed about market dynamics, client demographics, seasonal trends, and industry developments to keep the hotel ahead of the competition.

Budget and Financial Management:

• Assist the Director in preparing and managing the annual catering revenue and expense budget.
• Monitor financial performance to ensure targets are met and cost control measures are in place.
• Support in maintaining monthly revenue and expense forecasts within the specified variance.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and event details using the hotel’s CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement in the wedding sales processes.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

The APAC Market Access Policy Director plays a crucial role in shape market access policy related to evolving healthcare systems to ensure support of innovation and patient access to sustainable, high-quality health care. • Working closely with cross-functional team locally, regionally and globally, including providing regional support to the Value Framework/HTA forum and Access and Policy Council to ensure an aligned and coordinated approach to policy shaping efforts.
• Co-ordinating and aligning key third-parties (Industry groups such as PhRMA as well as local organizations in China and Japan, Trade Associations, patient groups, etc), either through or with the local policy teams, advocating and driving a strong, aligned and effective industry voice around health care policy.
• Writing clear, concise and evidence-based positions, statements, policy submissions, letters and other advocacy tools and documents.
• Monitoring public sources and policy/political alerts systems for issues and trends impacting J&J Innovative Medicine's operating environment.
