General Description of the Role

Category Management Leadership

· Develop clear strategies and annual plans to support market segment and key account growth in targeted areas aligning to the Campari Strategic Business Plan;

· Develop appropriate brand portfolio line up and go to market strategies across off, on trade and ecommerce

· Work with CCM manager to develop category strategy and shopper programs for relevant retailers

Experience Required

Private Investments (PI) Investment Directors focus on building custom PI portfolios for clients. The PI asset classes include private equity, venture capital, private credit, private real assets, and co-investments. Key Responsibilities:

Activation Management

Our client is seeking a Programme Manager to develop and uphold project management standards, processes, and best practices, ensuring the effective execution of the programme. This includes planning a comprehensive engagement strategy, setting objectives, defining policies, and managing fund.

The role requires conducting in-depth analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate insights that inform the planning of work streams to achieve target outcomes. You should have the ability to identify interdependencies, foresee operational challenges across all aspects of the programme, and create strategic solutions to address them effectively.

Role and Responsibilities

• Expected to manage single facility set-up independently or to be part of team supporting other departments/ entities
• Overall programme manager for IT implementation
• Ensure overall programme delivery on time and on budget
• Provide oversight and governance on budget utilization (by each IT project teams)
• Update and report the progress of the programme at regular interval to management
• Liaise between building infrastructure and IT teams
  
  
• Work with various users, multiple project teams, external parties to ensure site and infrastructure readiness for deployment and verification
  
  
• Manage dependencies between IT projects and building development project
• Manage risk to ensure success of projects
• Manage variance order and status reporting to stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more working experience
• Effective Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong domain knowledge of healthcare sector is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes/projects
• The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems
