RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide support to Supervisor/Senior Executive in Gym Tonic and Frailty Management Programme (FMP).

Gym Tonic:

• Implement Gym Tonic therapy programmes.
• Conduct group fitness/wellness programmes for Active Ageing Centres (AACs) if required.
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs for therapy
• Undertake administrative duties such as upkeep of clients' files, attendance-taking and tracking for follow-up where needed, administer billing and fees collection. :
• Upkeep of Gym Tonic therapy equipment and inventory records. This includes daily checks, coordinate matters relating to repair and maintenance.

FMP:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned project/structured finance professional to join our Client Coverage Group (“CCG”) team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are excited by the prospects of joining a fast-growing business with strong financial support.

Reporting to the Head of Energy & Utilities, the incumbent will be responsible for client coverage as well as origination and execution of project and structured finance transactions in the Energy & Utilities vertical.

The incumbent will work closely with the sector head in maintaining primary coverage for the sector. He/She will take an active hands-on role in client engagement, origination of new primary transactions, and lead deal execution which will entail structuring, arranging, credit analysis, due diligence and documentation for relevant deals in the sector until financial close is achieved. Where relevant, he/she will also work closely with our colleagues in the Markets and Investor Services team in the distribution of loan assets across various channels

Knowledge/ Experience Required:

• At least 8 to 10 years of relevant project/structured finance experience across various infrastructure sectors, including in the Energy & Utilities sector
• Proven track record in originating new business
• Strong structuring, credit and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of project and corporate finance structures, terms, cash flow models and documentation
• Good judgement and strategic outlook
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Highly motivated and strong prioritization capabilities
• Takes ownership of agreed upon targets and deliverables with a passion for excellence
• Constructive team player; interacts well with internal colleagues and stakeholders

As Assistant Director for Planning Strategy and Data Analysis, you will contribute individually as well as assist your Deputy Director to manage and mentor a small team to work on facilitating discussions and develop measures and strategies for the organisation’s needs as well as corporate reporting. You should excel at communicating, engaging multiple stakeholders including government agencies, conducting evidence-based studies and analysis, and moving strategies into implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Negotiate, coordinate, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and Workforce Singapore (WSG).
• Assist your Deputy Director to conceptualise and conduct studies of industry groups, worker segments, overall employment and employability landscape, and/or ad hoc studies as requested, to identify trends, threats, and opportunities. Help edit, vet, and/or craft compelling stories and data-driven recommendations from findings or insights to be presented to various stakeholders.
• Assist your Deputy Director to support senior management with new matters that arise by making sense of emerging issues and gaps that do not fit neatly into clear categories, as well as corporate and strategy matters, including monitoring and tracking KPIs; preparation for external meetings with government agencies; analysing developments that impact the organisation.
• Supervise, organise, and support annual corporate planning sessions and seminars (and ad hoc brainstorming sessions) to conceptualise overall workplan and communicate corporate strategy, provide analysis and insights to support and guide management in decision-making.
• Oversee, prepare, and present regular reports and topical presentations to senior management, including NTUC senior management.
• Oversee, plan for, maintain, and track clean data to be used for data analysis.
• Other duties as required to support organisation’s goals.
