UWCSEA is seeking Deputy Director of Residential Life to join us in April 2025. Candidates who are available from August 2025 will also be considered.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - Dover Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 190 students (Dover) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff. The Deputy Director of Residential Life will work with other pastoral, academic and support teams across the College to ensure high standards of care for our residential students. The Deputy Director of Residential Life will be a member of the extended Campus Leadership Team as well as act as one of the Designated Safeguarding Leads for the boarding students.

We are currently seeking a Deputy Director of Residential Life - East Campus. The Deputy Director of Residential Life (Campus) oversees operational and pastoral matters for the campus boarding community, reporting to the Director of Residential Life (College) and Head of Campus on each campus. They will maintain and enhance our strong and supportive residential culture of 170 students (East) from grades 8 to 12, leading a campus team of residential houseparents, non-residential assistant houseparents and boarding support staff. • Responsible for revenue target: Work closely with market teams, Sourcing, Marketing and other stakeholders in developing and exploring revenue opportunities via various benefits platforms; ensure our FY25 revenue target is on track

Your Background

• Min 8-10years or more of working experience in credit, banking, or benefits management
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Deep understanding of the consumer credit landscape
• Solid understanding of both consumer payments and merchant business drivers, experience in working with Sourcing Team and supplier negotiation is a plus
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good balance between strategic thinking and detailed, flawless execution with attention to detail
• An ability to engage on technical issues and concepts across multiple organization levels
• Able to work independently, yet seamlessly integrate and manage diverse groups and functions organized within different organizational reporting lines

• Lead group brainstorming/concept development sessions
• Lead and inspire creative teams to develop innovative design solutions, from broad concept development through implementation
• Provide clear constructive direction on content and design solutions
• Lead creative and production teams to ensure feasibility of design solutions and articulate design principles and guidelines for implementation
• Set and manage client expectations regarding design process and deliverables
• Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals
