Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and visionary Content & Media Director to lead our content strategy and media efforts.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives business objectives, brand building, and engages our audience. You will oversee all content creation, distribution, ensuring that our messaging aligns with our business objectives while resonating with key stakeholders—, buyers, sellers, and agents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy & Leadership: Lead the development of a cohesive content strategy across all digital platforms, including website, social media, and off line activities.
• Lead Generation through Social Media: Develop and execute social media content strategies specifically designed to generate high-quality leads. Leverage organic and paid social media tactics to increase brand visibility and drive prospective clients to conversion points.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Oversee the creation of high-quality, compelling, and SEO-optimized content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and digital marketers to produce creative and effective campaigns.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure all content reflects the company’s voice, values, and vision while being tailored to the needs of target audiences.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor content performance through analytics and KPIs, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
• Industry Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor content strategies to ensure our media presence remains innovative and competitive.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, media production, or digital marketing, ideally in real estate or a related industry.
• Proven track record of leading content teams and driving impactful content marketing initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into engaging and effective content strategies.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media platforms, and content analytics tools.
• Strong experience in lead generation through social media content, including both organic strategies and paid campaigns.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive results.
• A passion for real estate and a deep understanding of the market dynamics.
