• Discusses procedures with patients in a professional manner in order to reduce anxiety and fear.
• Preoperatively reviews planned operative procedures and orders for monitoring to determine structures at risk and the monitoring that will be required.
• Discusses monitoring strategy with the surgeon and anesthetist prior to surgery.
• Intraoperatively is responsible for the application of the appropriate montages and modalities for monitoring based on specifics of the case.

Pre-Requisites (Qualifications & Experience)

• Bachelor’s degree in science, biomedical science or health sciences, preferably with a major relating to physiology, cognitive neuroscience or neurophysiology.
• Clinical neurophysiology or previous intra-operative neurological experience is essential. Comprehensive knowledge of evoked potentials and familiarity with electromyography, nerve conduction studies and electroencephalography is essential.
• Experience in sales of medical devices, or in surgical department, is desired.
• Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends).
• Must be comfortable working and supporting cases in Operating Theatres during and outside of business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage & source new locations for business continuous expansion.
• Manage current tenancy agreements & negotiate lease extensions with better terms with Owners' Management.
• Process and follow up on all lease documents to ensure its completion
• Update leasing reports & schedules
• Prepare and/or update reports periodically for submission to the Management
• Attend to tenancy-related matters
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property agents etc

The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be reporting to Head of Franchise Team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance.
• Implement training programs and initiatives to ensure that franchise employees are properly trained on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
