Job Description

What’s the job?

The Engineering Manager (Project Management) collaborates closely with the Director of Engineering to oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

This role is also responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the hotel property, including all equipment, maintenance and repair services, and the protection of the owner's assets. Responsibilities also encompass the structural integrity of the hotel, as well as the upkeep of the grounds and external facilities.

Your day-to-day

• Together with Director of Engineering, to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate project activities.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all hotel equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs for rooms, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other critical systems.
