Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans based on project scope and objectives
• Conduct feasibility studies and perform risk assessments to ensure project viability
• Coordinate and allocate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project issues
• Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates, discuss challenges, and make decisions
• Prepare and present project reports, including status updates and performance metrics
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other external stakeholders
• Good knowledge or certified in WSH.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering with 2 years of experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Good skills in using MS Office application and AUTOCAD
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an engineering or construction setting
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all work activities.
• Excellent team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional certification in project management is a plus.
• Familiar with relevant WSH certification courses for commercial and industrial areas.

• Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and review method statements, shop drawings, technical submissions, and work progress reports for M&E-related tasks.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical and site issues, and coordinate with authorities for inspections, testing, and commissioning.
• Assist in procurement of materials, equipment, and labour within budget while supporting project negotiations.
• Apply expertise in Data Centers, DfMA, and specialized systems such as VAV/VRV, chillers, chilled water pipes, and lighting control systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience handling and monitoring the progress of projects in Construction industry.
