Overview

The CPaaS Product & Partnership Manager will be responsible to drive the growth of our regional CPaaS platform with innovative products and expand the reach of our CPaaS through partnerships. The role will require the candidate to conceptualize, evaluate, plan, define, develop and grow innovative products & partnerships working alongside with the various Bridge Mobile Operators (BMOs). The candidate shall work closely with technology partners to customize or localize the products to suit the market needs where needed, as well as with the BMOs to launch the various products and services on the CPaaS platform so that the BMOs can differentiate themselves in their respective markets and make a difference in the world of business communications.

Key Responsibilities

· Researches the market, identifies the market opportunity, and articulates user and buyer needs in the form of market requirement statements.

· Identify, engage and collaborate with technology or eco-system partners to enable, localize/customise and/or co-create products and/or solutions suitable for the region, giving the BMOs competitive advantage in launching the products.

· Ensure that the regional products developed are commercially viable, scalable and sustainable in the markets to be launched.

· Own the Business & Operational Readiness Framework and work with relevant stakeholders within Bridge, BMOs & technology partners to setup the necessary operational & sales support processes, essential to drive sustainable growth of the products.

· Build Partnership strategies & roadmap to extend the reach of our CPaaS products for relevant industries in respective BMO markets.

· Proactively identify & engage with potential 3rdparty solution providers that require communications services offered by the CPaaS platform.

· Collaborate closely with identified Partners to complement and strengthen their product offering with our CPaaS communication capabilities.

· Lead the Partnership commercials, build, operationalise, and maintain Partner integrations.

· Work closely with Partners & BMOs to enable the most effective GTM for each BMO market.

· Work closely with the BMOs and/or technology partners to constantly run customer engagement programs, such as product knowledge sharing, workshops, seminars etc to drive awareness and adoption of the services.

· Track the revenue of each product, ensuring profitability of the product for both Bridge and the BMOs.

Key Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or equivalent, MSc/MA is a plus.

· Minimum 5 years of work experience in the CPaaS or SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/CCaaS/UCaaS, Telecommunication or related industry developing or managing products.

· Significant experience and knowledge of delivering communication capabilities to B2B and B2B2C ecosystems.

· Proven experience in shaping CPaaS/SaaS Product & Partnership strategy.

· Experience with Customer Data Platforms and Marketing Automation Tools will be added advantage.

· Past Partnership/Alliances/Business Development experiences will be added advantage

· Proven track record of significant experience in managing products in a fast-paced software/CPaaS/SaaS/Telco environment, managing & driving results through diverse cross-functional teams.

· Good command of both written and spoken English, and strong documentation skills with good logical thinking and attention to details.

· Ability to interact confidently, speak and write well and collaborate effectively with Mobile Operators, technology or eco-system partners as well as other stakeholders across key business functions are essential.
