Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management or related roles in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
• Proven experience leading BIM teams and managing large-scale projects
• Experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other related tools.

• The Contracts/Commercial Manager is responsible for the overseeing commercial and contractual aspects related to the main contract and subcontracts, managing any commercial and contractual risk relating to the project and employ mitigation actions as quickly and effectively as possible.
• Review external providers (i.e vendors and subcontractors) terms of service and project deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Finance Manager will oversee the Accounts Department at Peacehaven, managing the full spectrum of financial matters for all units. This role involves driving financial efficiency, ensuring compliance with funding agreements, and delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making.

* Financial Operations & Policy Development:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations and processes.
• Develop, implement, and improve financial policies and procedures.

* Funding & Grants Management:

• Manage funding and grant agreements, including monitoring updates and expirations.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of government funding claims.

* Financial Reporting & Budgeting:

• Prepare and submit monthly financial and management reports.
• Consolidate and prepare the annual budget for all units in Peacehaven.

* Financial Analysis & Recommendations:

• Perform financial analysis and identify trends for improvement.
• Assess areas of risk and provide actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
