The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the permanent and/or executive search landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for permanent and/or executive search hiring that aligns with company goals and market demands.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the recruitment space to enhance service offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruitment professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Identify and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with key clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Implement best practices in candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection to attract top talent.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform recruitment strategies and adjust offerings as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment service business, with at least 4 years in leadership roles focused on permanent hiring.
• Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create new product and new business related semiconductor field and best suited technical customer support activities by having clear understanding on KYOCERA Corporation Headquarters direction to achieve business expansion in Asia Pacific region.
• Maintain, build and promote excellent relationships with customers top management to develop revenue streams and to understand key requirements.
• Maintain, build and promote excellent relationships with semiconductor related governmental group or associations in Asia Pacific region as one of the representatives of Japanese company.
• Closely communicate and co-work with customers locate in Vietnam, India and Asia Pacific region and catch latest technical trend.
• Manage new design target, target revenue and initiate new development business.
• Preparation of presentation materials of latest technology for customers
• Any other aperiodic assignments which will be within the sphere of the job nature of this role.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as Technical Engineer with Managerial level in either ceramic or chemical materials industry.
• 5 years or more of experience in :

1. Handling technical topics with multiple regions (Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia)
2. Communicating with factory and related departments in Japan.
3. Handling Chemical products (Thermal compounds and die attach pastes) for more than 10 years with the understanding of technical solutions to realize effective technical support to customer, including the knowledge of chemical product design & composition of ingredients.

• Master’s Degree in Engineering
• Conversation and reading comprehension in Japanese is required for the reporting to KYOCERA Corporation.
• Detail knowledge about the market and trend of ceramic package, ceramic substrate and also chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste.
• Professional technical knowledge of chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste which is based on actual experience to provide best matching material to customer.
• Skills to create new design concept and judge development direction of chemical materials such as epoxy molding compound, sintering paste.
• Skills to catch the latest and future technical needs of customers located in Vietnam, India and Asia Pacific region, also handle to effect actual new products which is based on KYOCERA Corporation Headquarters direction.
• Skills of new business support function implementation from technical point of view which can contribute for business expansion plan in Vietnam, India and other Asia Pacific region.
• Customers locate in Vietnam, India and Asia Pacific region, it is required to be able to travel multiple location frequently and communicate with various diversity.
• Good communication skill. Able to convert clear and concise message to the Management, team members / key stakeholders and keeping others informed of the progress.
• Good leadership to lead the design center team in expanding the business, inspiring others, drives progress, decision making, ensuring the success and growth of individuals, teams, and organizations.
