We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in the financial domain, to join our team. This role is critical for driving high-impact projects and supporting our team in achieving exceptional results. Responsibilities :

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.
• Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets while balancing competing priorities.
• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to deeply understand stakeholder requirements, translating them into actionable plans for developers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and analysts, providing support, feedback, and guidance to ensure optimal team productivity and morale.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management or business systems analysis.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management, with demonstrated ability to handle complex or challenging personalities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to stakeholders of all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CBAP, or similar).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and other Project Management tools.
• Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) Solutions.
• Experience in Salesforce and other Enterprise CRM platforms.
• Background in the higher education sector, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.

RESPONSIBILITY

You will be working in a Government Agency as a member of the GovTech project team, which includes the Business Analyst, Solution Architect (where applicable), and the IT Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will collaborate with Agency users to ensure the overall success of projects by:

• Delivering projects on time, within budget, meeting business requirements, Operations, Maintenance, and Monitoring of Systems
• Complying with the IT governance framework, including security and resilience
• Leading, coordinating, and liaising with GovTech/Auditors for various audits, overseeing the implementation of QMS

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS NEEDED

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of Project Management experience
• Participated in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology with past development experience
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
• Added advantage if possess the following:Project Management (Agile) experience
  Project Management related certification such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI
  Experience in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management
