Project Manager (Facilities) is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, ensuring that they meet the legal requirements and health, safety standards. Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and project team to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
2. Identify key requirements from the client and own the delivery book of work for the client assigned, also coordinate the requirements for cross-functional teams backlog.
3. Manage day-to-day communication and be the point of contact for the client. Internal communication and coordinate the analysis, design, build, and test phases against the planned timeline and remove any impediments to working relevantly with the program managers and Head of Delivery.

Requirements

Pre-contract / Tendering Phase

• Provide support to tender team on tender phase (for small-medium scale projects), including but not limited to – attending tender briefing / site visit as necessary

Project Delivery

• Participate in project kick off meeting upon contract award, and organise briefing to each team leaders to brief on project scope
• Prepare and compile all required project documentation i.e. Pre-con Survey Report, PTW submission, Project Schedule, Weekly Site Progress Report, Procurement and Drawings Tracking List, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, Certificate of Complete etc., as required
