Project Manager (Facilities) is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, ensuring that they meet the legal requirements and health, safety standards. Requirements

Pre-contract / Tendering Phase

• Provide support to tender team on tender phase (for small-medium scale projects), including but not limited to – attending tender briefing / site visit as necessary

Project Delivery

• Participate in project kick off meeting upon contract award, and organise briefing to each team leaders to brief on project scope
• Prepare and compile all required project documentation i.e. Pre-con Survey Report, PTW submission, Project Schedule, Weekly Site Progress Report, Procurement and Drawings Tracking List, Handover Reports, Defect Registers, Certificate of Complete etc., as required
