The Project Resource Supervisor is responsible for enhancing site conditions across multiple project locations by implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) guidelines. a) PCs to manage the day-to-day works assigned to the RTOs and STOs and maintain the records of their respective deployment.

b) Provide administrative support on all matters relating to the Contract including the processing of monthly progress claim payment.

c) Prepare the operations plan (template of which will be provided by the Board later) to facilitate the shutdown of watermains for connection of the newly laid watermains and capping of the watermains to be abandoned and submit for the Board’s approval 2 weeks prior to the estimated date of the linkup. f) Work closely with the STO to verify the final as-built submission by the appointed third-party Contractor to ensure that the pipe alignment corresponds to the site alignment and the data are properly captured in the WNet (used by PUB to capture the coordinates of the pipe alignment) document.

g) Assist in monitoring all the required documents submission – to facilitate the handover of the complete rectification works, that are carried out by the appointed third-party Contractor.

h) The PC shall be assigned any other administrative works by the Board from time to time as may be specified.

Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end asset inventory from forecasting, procurement, allocation and reclamation.

· Responsible for continuous review and improvement of the on and off-boarding process for greater effectiveness and efficiency.

· Accountable and responsible for administrative tasks related to on-boarding and off-boarding such as,

o Joiner documentation and tracking o Asset allocation and tracking

o Leaver documentation and tracking

o Monitoring of issuance and revocation of access pass, laptops, LAN IDs and application access

o Generate periodic and ad-hoc reports related to the on and off-boarding process

o Liaise with hiring managers and other PMOs for logistics related the on and off-boarding process

· Responsible for fixed asset tracking tasks such as change in asset ownership, cost centre and fixed asset inventory stock take.

· Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement team to raise purchase requests for business cards, stationary, aircon and other property related issues.

· Manage and support floor logistics such as office equipment, stationary, documentation destruction, sorting of mail, courier services and approvals for division head.

Requirements

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

· At least 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in an IT industry or IT PMO role

Essential:

· Have knowledge and experience in IT department or Projects related roles to understand IT Projects process.

· Structured admin work tracking and management as resource will typically be assigned to work on specific projects and is expected to support the Application delivery documentations and department Procurement/ Contracts documents.

· You are expected to ensure your work are adequately documented and tracked.

You will be expected to work with the departments heads and other teams to manage project management admin items within required for the IT Departments

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

· IT PMO or IT related experience

· Microsoft software knowledge – Excel, PowerPoint and Word

· Project management and Procurement process knowledge
