Job Scope:

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

about the job

As a talent acquisition partner, you will be responsible for:

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive and non-executive roles, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Manpower Strategy: Collaborate with business units to identify hiring needs and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future workforce requirements.
• Process Automation: Lead initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights through dashboards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and hiring strategies.
• Market Expertise: Provide market insights and data-based recommendations to support recruitment decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and elevate recruitment practices.

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, prior experience in blue collar hiring is a must
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., ATS, Excel).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
