1. Job Description:

• Good project planning, coordination, and management of projects to be on schedule, within budget and with acceptable quality in large-scale, SCADA / Control systems for MRT systems in both local and overseas.
• Communicate at all levels with the project/management organization and work with teams within the project to resolve project and interface issues.
• Able to communicate well and manage customer expectations.

1. Job Requirement:

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Communications or Computer Engineering with 10 - 15 years’ experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of standard contractual / commercial terms and conditions for engineering projects.
• Possess relevant SCADA/ Control Systems knowledge.
• Assertive and possess strong leadership qualities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Possess PMP certification will be an added advantage.

· Service clients’ accounts and achieve sales targets

· Manage client’s expectations on project expectations

· Develop project execution strategy

· Obtain quotes from suppliers for materials/fittings for calculation of cost

· Prepare quotation and submission of tender/quotation

· Prepare project budgets and manage cost control based on clients’ budget

· Oversee kick-off meeting with clients

· Submit schedules, concept designs and sample materials for clients to review

· Update organiser/client on the commencement of work

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure work is completed according to planned schedule

· Oversee handover of project and coordinate with clients regarding defects rectification

· Arrange for invoice billing to clients

· Ensure good client relationship and as primary point of contact for Clients' Project Management team

· Manage specialist design support services and take part in conversion process

· Perform any other adhoc duties
