Job Description

1. Manages group room enquiries (10 or more rooms / people) and related functions, dealing from receipt of request to contracting and payment.

2. Liaise with in-house departments for a quick and smooth execution and conversion of group business. Maintains ownership of group blocks, including pickup numbers, reservation methods, billing, and proper treatment of VIP guests.

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the Customer Service Representative Team and ensure timely, accurate order processing and responding. The Manager will manage and track approved customer RFQ, orders and billing, as well as, work closely with the Contracts team and Program Management organization, to address and resolve any order issues. Summary of Duties:

• Ensure the team processes internal and external customer purchase orders and requests, in a timely manner
• Review customer orders - EDI, web portal based, e-mail, for accuracy
