• Comply with latest requirements from the relevant authorities, including the review of preliminary designs/ consultations and feasibility studies/ reports.
• To ensure obtains approval from relevant authorities in a timely manner for execution of Works.

• Evaluate the Project contractor’s proposed programme of works, review major milestones e.g. tiling works, trade demonstrations, shop-drawing submissions, method statements etc., including sub-phasing of construction work activities for the monitoring of work progress and recommend any adjustments where necessary.
• Coordinate with Site Project Coordinators and Site Supervisors, in supervision of the Project to ensure compliance of drawings/specifications, approved work methods and authorities’ requirements.
