Duties of New Product Development Assistant Manager:

• Lead, develop, and execute regional strategies for new product development in Asia.
• Oversee project management, planning, and implementation processes for new products.
• Ensure alignment with business launch support functions and regional competition strategies.
• Drive pricing strategies and develop comprehensive product strategy plans.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators for new product development in Asia.
• Develop and plan product portfolios specific to the Asia region.
• Manage the introduction, implementation, and post-launch tracking of new products in Asia.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Drive the development of new product packaging and associated materials.

Requirements:

• Degree in related field
• At least 3 years experience in FMCG Industry

Job Skills/Description:

· Attend technical meetings, conduct ship surveys, technical commissioning onboard vessels and electrical wiring preparation

· Able to travel to all countries on short notice

· Able to communicate with all levels of personnel like contractors, foremen, project

managers, etc and bilingual in both English and Mandarin Language

Job Requirements:

-Diploma level in Mechanical/Electrical/Marine engineering

-Good knowledge and understanding in following areas:

-Microsoft Window environment

-Basic networking

-Serial communication wiring

-Electrical wiring

-Able to withstand onboard vessel working environment.

-Prefer with onboard vessel experience at shipyard or anchorage

-Able to work independently with quick thinking

-Consistently looking areas to improve work efficiency

He will report directly to the Head of Marine Department.
