Job Responsibilities:

• Follow up with Brand Manager on product arrival and on-shelf timeliness.
• Partner with trainers to motivate Beauty Advisors (BA) to reach individual and brand sales targets.
• Monitor monthly sales goals, identify gaps, develop strategies for improvement.
• Identifies market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, staff management, and appointment coordination.
• Ensure the Beauty and wellness salon is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
• Oversea inventory management, product ordering, and stock control.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones

Job requirement

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related business fields
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in product marketing and brand management

Job Description:

• Oversee entire project, including Mechanical, Electrical services and Architectural works
• Report to Project HOD/ Project Sponsor/ Directors and communicate with all team members
• Prepare cost budget and negotiate with all sub-contractors on scope of works and final cost
• Assemble, coordinate project staff, and provide direction and support to project team
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them
• Hold regular client meeting/ subcon meeting, prepare weekly report and MS project macro and micro schedule for all trades
• Coordinate, instruct, and update individual services
• Plan and coordinate between client, main contractor, colleagues, sub-contractors, and vendors to schedule and sequence of work
• Ensure deliverables are according to specification and drawing
• Ensure team update as-built drawing according to individual services
• Ensure team members understand and perform the requirement according to the local standard and comply to the authority's requirement
• Responsible for all safety requirements and carry work with good safety practice
• Review and monitor submission of material and drawing
• Identify possible technical problems, and propose solutions
• Carry out pre-inspection with trades sub-contractors
• Ensure preparation for Operational Maintenance manual
• Oversee testing and commissioning according to standard and client's requirement
• Building good working relationships with clients
• Prepare, submit, and ensure variation orders are agreed with client/ consultants
• Close up final account with clients and all sub-contractors

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 10 years experience in mechanical, electrical or architectural discipline
• Experiences with Architectural discipline will be advantageous
• Well versed in CAD drawing, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project and MS PowerPoint
• Customer-oriented and good leadership skills
• Good understanding of construction contracts
• Experience in Additional & alternation project/ Fit-out work is a plus
• CSCPM / Risk Management preferably

This position is responsible for effectively collaborating with AMT Singapore AI hub and business units across TE to achieve productivity and gross margin improvement that are aligned with TE strategy. The successful candidate is responsible for international AI project coordination and management, AI project process management and internal and external communication during AI project execution.

This role provides the candidate with opportunity to join a high performing organization within TE. The position will locate in TE Singapore AI Hub campus and will serve customers from multiple business units and manufacturing sites globally.

• International AI project coordination and management, including schedule management, progress management, meeting arrangement, resource management, logistics management etc.
• Proactively manage the project process milestones to make sure the smooth execution of the AI projects.
• Effective communication with the AMT Singapore AI team, BU customers of global and external partners.
• Proactive collaboration with Singapore universities and professors during the AI project planning and execution.
• Provide excellent support to the AMT Singapore AI team to enable the team with better efficiency during the AI innovations and development.
• Support the AMT Singapore AI team on the professional documentation as needed by the AI projects.
