DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support:

As an Electrical Project Manager in the project team, you will be responsible to provide high quality engineering services and specifications for the Planning, Design, Construction, Start-up, and Commissioning of your discipline specific Facilities systems in support of the success of the project. You will participate in Project Design and Scope Development, Documentation, and Control Change, Vendor Selection, Project Tendering, and onsite Discipline Project Safety, Coordination and Execution for your discipline. Job description

*Overall responsible from project implementation, efficient use of resources till successful projects completion within contractual schedule and budgeted cost.

*Liaise with Clients, Building Management, Consultants, Project team, site staff and contractors to conduct regular site meetings and inspections for project progress update and monitoring of quality, contractual requirements and ensure their works are within the schedule.

*Ensure engineers, supervisors & foremen meets clients & regulatory requirements as well as environmental, safety and health practices are carried out at all times.

Requirements:
*Academic Qualifications: Min. Diploma
*At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management, preferably in construction, or ID (Commercial/Retail) industry
