Seatronics are currently looking to add a Sales Manager to their team based in Singapore - Loyang Crescent on a permanent basis.

The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and guiding the Sales Team to achieve revenue targets and market growth. This critical role is essential for driving strategic initiatives and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the Sales department.

Duties/Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets at or above the agree profit percentage by selling our rentals, cables and connectors, calibration ROV Tooling products and services.
• Maximise the growth potential for Seatronics products and services in the region by visiting clients within the agreed risk profile.
• Identify and develop new customers throughout the Region on behalf of our represented products.
• Ensure that adequate sales leads are generated to create sufficient qualified opportunities, such that the monthly and annual order and revenue targets are met.
• Provide a monthly commercial report to GM, including sales orders and revenue forecast, details of new leads and prospects that material to the company and information on any market developments or trends that may impact the business.
• Represent Seatronics at key industry and corporate events to develop the brand profile and sales pipeline.

Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience preferably in a sales environment within the subsea industry or the oil & gas industry
• Provide effective leadership of the function in accordance with the company’s values, goals and objectives.
• Willingness to maintain Continual Professional Development to ensure your own knowledge base enhances Seatronics’ capability and that you comply with the company’s policies, processes and principles.
• Maintain integrity by being honest and transparent with staff, clients and suppliers in line with business policies.
• Ensure you are deemed fit for the role or assignment being undertaken by undertaking medical examinations/tests and/or vaccinations in line with local legislation.
• Singapore Citizen or PRs in Singapore, or Malaysian are encouraged to apply

· The Manager/Senior Manager uses data analytics and determines new strategies to make production processes more efficient to meet organisation's goals.

· He/She establishes, implements and manages projects to meet operational objectives.

· He/She manages his/her team resources and balances between production requirement and manpower resources to ensure organisation's sustainability.

· He/She integrates quality principles and methodology to enhance engineering performance within the organisation.

· In addition the Manager/Senior Manager evaluates the organisation’s approach towards a lean enterprise and uses data analytics for business insights identification.

· He/She drives innovation practices in the organisation and review manufacturing processes to reduce working capital and optimize inventory levels.

· As a people manager, the Manager oversees manpower, financial, training and resource planning deployment within the organisation.

· He displays a high level of organisational awareness and leadership skills by working in a consultative manner with other departments/sections within the organisation.

~ Manage material requirements planning taking into account the sales forecast, production plan and production capacity.

~ Resolve workplace grievances and disputes.

~ Review manufacturing processes to reduce working capital and optimise inventory levels.

Proficient in computer skills, adept at 6-day work weeks, and open to international travel for meetings. Requires a diploma in mechanical engineering or relevant experience. • Primary responsibility will be to identify, develop and execute strategic partnerships and referral relationships that will contribute to the company's growth.
• Serve as a key member supporting the company's strategic partnership direction in APAC..

• Manage complex contract negotiations and work with Legal, Compliance and Treasury functions as required.

• Continually analyse the market opportunities, including competitive landscape, industry trends, emerging technologies and economic factors
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and commercial team(s)
• Lead partnership development activities with input from cross-functional teams (including, but not limited to, Product Management, Technology, Commercial, Finance and Operations departments)

• 5-10+ years of experience, preferably within the payments functions of Fintechs or Banks
• A good degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or the Quantitative Sciences
• Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, the Quantitative Sciences or Business Administration from a Tier 1 institute would be an advantage
• Understanding of Enterprise Selling, Complex Sales, Partnerships Ecosystem and Channels from a B2B perspective
• An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment.
