4) Client Management & Coordination

7) Procurement & Coordination with Procurement Department

· Attending weekly PCL meetings on the clear tracking and execution of materials to be delivered. Monitor the Procurement deliverables by allocating the Project expeditor for the Jobs involved.

· Involved in the technical discussions with vendor and analyzing the technical proposals for the proceedings.

· Pre-qualify the compete/ qualified vendors in the System for further proceedings in advance.

11) Resource Planning & Innovative improvements

· Identify the crew composition and derive the project planning schedule. Monitor the PI on regular basis in along with the loss man hours through the project planner.

Experience and Skills Needed:

• More than 7 years of Project Management experience, with significant experience leading large-scale, complex software development projects.
• In-depth experience with Agile methodologies and leading Agile project teams.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and manage teams to achieve project objectives.
• Proven experience in managing project audits, compliance, and quality management systems.
• Advanced communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships and present to senior executives.
• Project Management certifications (CITPM, COMIT, PMI) are highly preferred.

Company deals with Plumbing & Pipefitting work for commercial projects and are looking at expanding our work force.

Looking to hire an Experienced Construction Supervisor with ample experience relating to Plumbing & Pipefitting works and/or structural works for residential and commercial projects.

The applicant would be required to have at least 5 years of related experience in the related works.

The primary role of the applicant would be able to handle the overall coordination for on site works.

Due to the nature of work being in the construction industry, occasional overtime work and occasional work on Sundays would be required. Rest days in lieu would be provided.
