Scope Of Work

System Support and Operations:

• Provide support for ECCareSuite, IngoT, InterRAI, Navision and other application systems.

Compliance and Policy Management:

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Healthcare Information Bill (HIB) compliance measures.
• Ensure adherence to data protection policies and support audits as required.

End-User Computing (EUC) Support:

• Perform IT end-user support tasks, such as troubleshooting basic system issues and coordinating with IT teams for complex problems.

Requirements of candidate:

• Basic understanding of healthcare IT systems.
• Familiarity with PDPA and healthcare compliance standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn specialized systems

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Supervisor to manage and supervise the project at site.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

· Supervise and manage project (M&E) works.

· Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.

· Be a lead contact point for any and all matters specific to the Clients for the projects that you are in-charge of.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship and meet Client’s satisfaction.

· Plan all activities to ensure that it is adequate for Clients, products and system conformance.

· Engage and oversee all project work to ensure successful completion as well as hand over to the Clients.

(B) General :

· Prepare and submit necessary report(s) as required by Clients.

· Maintain and maintain all the documentation for the projects.

· Work with other departments as well as to supervise the project works.

· Other duties as assigned.

(C) Safety :

· Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

· Diploma or Nitec in Building / Certificate in ELECTRICAL/MECHANICAL Engineering or related field.

· Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

· Good communication skills (verbal and written).

· PC literate and knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Project)

· Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.

· A good team player and willing to be stationed at the site office.

· Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

(C) Experience :

· Preferably 5 years working experience in Building Construction Industry.

● Deployment and supervision of federal, state and local programs and grants that meet and/or exceed funder and donor performance requirements. Monitor program performance and outcomes.

● Coordinates and develops grant reports for Executive Director. May participate in the preparation of contract and/or grant proposals and other reports provided by Turning Points to the public and/or funders.

● Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with community organizations. Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings.

● Participates in the development and implementation of program policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operation of various agency programs.

● Provides advice and assistance to the Executive Director in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of modifications to existing operations, systems, and organizational procedures.

● Maintains compliance with and abreast of all local, state, and federal regulations as related to the organization’s program operations, including OSHA and HIPAA.

● Leads monthly Turning Points meeting and weekly team meetings as needed.

● Responsible for all aspects and activities related to human resources and payroll processing.

● Oversees the supervision of personnel including work allocation, training, problem resolution, and all employee & client grievances. Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.

● Manages the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting offer letters. ● Directs all information technology and network system deployment and maintenance including all IT infrastructure, telecommunications and security. Maintain and periodically review operational policies & procedures, guidelines and best practices, revising and updating as required

The Technical Manager Service is responsible for the handling of all technical aspects of the service activities of the Company, in particular:

• Technical support of commercial service personnel and customers directly
• Service support, including commissioning of new equipment, repairs, modifications, warranty repairs
• Handling of warranty matters with customers and vendors in conjunction with the commercial manager service and 3rd parties such as classification,Societies and outside contractors
• Managing the workshop
• Managing a team of service engineers
• Support service engineers and customers with technical expertise
• Organising training and education of in-house and 3rd party personnel

In order to carry out these tasks, the Technical Manager Service

• Manages and maintains the company’s workshop
• Plans and manages the company’s equipment
• Supervises the company’s service personnel
• Coordinates activities with the company’s sales and service personnel

The Technical Service Manager should provide:
