The Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple cross-functional IT infrastructure projects. Leads cross-functional teams, collaborate with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to ensure project is successfully completed on time, within budget & scope, and with quality.

Duties of Project Manager:

Role & Responsibilities:

• IT project management which includes:developing project plans according to business requirements
  identifying risks and implement mitigation/ solutions
  ensuring projects progress to meet agreed schedules and costs
  plan and conduct UAT to ensure quality of project deliverables
  
• Identify, prepare, and curate data sets suitable for training and validating generative AI models.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in prompt engineering or a related role in the Generative AI technologies/ model
• Able to define and articulate business needs and translate them into clear requirements for generative AI solutions
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data generated by Generative AI models and derive meaningful insights.
• Effective communication abilities and a rapid grasp of business requirements
• Understanding of Agile software development practices is an advantage

Familiarity in software development projects involving PHP, React and .NET is an advantage

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to lead, coordinate, and deliver each development or improvement project within set budget, timeline, and quality.
• Identify, verify, agree to, and communicate project goal, requirements and desired outcome with key details when attending to customers’ needs; working closely with the Chief Product Officer; and leading the Tech and Ops teams.
• Develop clear understanding of the tech stack & capabilities and the business operations and logics as you prepare and structure the project plan which includes product & workflow breakdown and Gantt chart showing the levels of specific tasks and activities.
• Responsible for communicating effectively among the internal and external stakeholders, with an astute judgement in managing, monitoring, and delivering the agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality to meet customers satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in project management and leading project teams.
• Experience across all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, rollout, and transition to operations.
• Strong background in managing information systems projects.
• Solid understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence.
• Experience delivering projects for the defense sector is an advantage.
• PMP or CITPM certification is a plus.
