Key Accountabilities:

Client Management

• Participate in the development of solutions that leverage existing offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency
• Guide the development, crafting and presentation of proposals, scopes of work, schedules and staffing plans as they relate to solutions
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are understood and address it in a timely way
• Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned program regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/ action items

Team Management

• Working with the Director, manage the program process from creative through execution using The Moment Collective processes and tools.
• Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, ensuring all deadlines are met. Effective communication across the team on site and off site
• Oversee team members on execution of all individual job details and responsibilities
• Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Budget Management

• Working with the Director, create project budgets forecast and manage the revenue and cost throughout the process
• Ensure appropriate revenue detail to be communicated to the client
• Manage third party costs and negotiation
• Develop and actively manage vendor

Creative Management

• Participate in creative brainstorms to generate ideas for clients
• Continually look for innovative solutions and production methods
• Incorporate cutting-edge ideas into our events

Project Management

• Lead strategic supply chain projects across APAC, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required;
• Minimum 6 years’ experience managing warehouse and logistics projects in Pharmaecutical, LifeScience, Medical Device
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules (SD/MM/APO) and end-to-end supply chain processes.
• PMP or PRINCE II certification will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, or equivalent CI tools (Green Belt certification is advantageous).
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI evaluations.

What will you do?

• Oversee the planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned projects
