Stakeholder Communication & Milestone Tracking:

• Serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and internal stakeholders
• Distribute project updates and communications effectively.
• Address and respond to routine project-related queries.
• Monitor project timelines, flagging potential delays to the Project Manager.
• Track milestone achievements and deliverables.
• Keep project management tools updated with the latest project progress.

Quality Control & Change Request Management:

• Assist with the coordination of quality assurance activities.
• Support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
• Collect and organize feedback from UAT sessions.
• Log and track change requests, assessing their impact.
• Communicate approved changes to relevant parties.

Vendor Coordination & Administrative Support:

• Assist in managing daily interactions with vendors.
• Track vendor deliverables and performance.
• Coordinate meetings and communications with vendors.
• Handle administrative tasks related to the project.
• Support the coordination of training sessions for internal teams.
• Assist in developing training materials in collaboration with the vendor.
• Facilitate the security onboarding of new vendor team members.
• Support post-implementation activities.

Requirements:

• A degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of experience in IT project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and Jira is a plus.

The Candidate shall possess at least a Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or equivalent qualification.

The Candidate shall have at least two (2) years of working experience in the IT or Infocomm industry, with exposure to end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with implementation in Singapore is preferred.

The Candidate is to be proficient in information gathering and reporting that include:

• Compile and organise project-related information
• Schedule and organise meetings with stakeholders and vendor
• Prepare agendas and take detailed minutes
• Follow up on action items from meetings
• Prepare regular status reports for the project manager

The Candidate is to be proficient in document management that includes:

• Maintain and organise all project-related documents including minutes of meetings provided by vendor.
• Ensure version control of important files
• Create and update project documentation as needed
